in use is proposed. (2) Maintenance items, e.g. siding, windows, etc., when the use is
conforming and when no change is proposed.
Instances where work complies with the above criteria, the permit can be reviewed by the
Building Inspector witho referral to the Director of Community Development, or designee.

An Occupancy Permit is hereby granted for the addition of a detached
garage to the building .located at 2356 Jefferson St. Oshkosh, Wiscon-
sin as described in Building Permit application number(s) 29552.
This building is to be used only as a Single Family Residence and is
located in the R-i Single Family Residence District.
LIMITATIONS:
Maximum floor loading: 40 lbs. per sq. ft. live load.
Maximum number of persons and/or living units: i living unit.
A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to occupancy,
should additional building(s) be erected, or should any buildings
mentioned above be altered or moved. The use of land or buildings
shall not be changed until a Certificate of Occupancy is issued for
that occupancy.
