Addition/alteration plans have been reviewed by this office
for compliance with important code requirements. The drawings
are stamped "Construction may Proceed". All items that are re-
quired by this letter must be corrected before commencing that
part of the work. This approval is not a Building Permit.
Necessary city permits must be secured before commencing work.
You are hereby advised that the owner as defined in Chapter
101.01 (9) oP the Wisconsin Statutes is responsible for all code
requirements not specifically cited herein. Code requirements
are set forth in Chapters 50 to b0 of the rules of Department of
Industry, Labor and Human Relations.
The building will b® inspected during construction and a
final inspection will be made after completion to insure complete
compliance with City and State Cades.
The architect, professional engineer, builder or owner shall
keep at the building, as evidence of approval, one set of plans
bearing the stamp of approval.
Ind. 59.20 This approval does not lnalude heating and
ventilating. Such plans are required to be submitted and approved
prior to installation of such equipment. Complete heating and
ventilating plans far the entire house will be required.
Ind. 53.11 Concrete block must be of an approved manufacturer,
size and type.
This building is classified as Type No. 8, wood frame
unprotected.
