Please review the following options and inform me of your intentions in writing postmarked by March 1, 2002: I. Negotiate a new tease with the following conditions: A. Sink in violation of city code either removed, or brought up to city code at your expense by March 31, 2002. B. With the new lease I will enclose the exposed drain no later than March 31, 2002. C. With the new lease I will prep the rear floor as discussed, and pay a percentage for flooring. We would however, have to discuss the dollar amount to be spent II.
