PURPOSE: APPROVE MASTER DEVELOPER AGREEMENT TERMS –
MK-1 LLC AND MK-2 LLC (BURNS DEVELOPMENT)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Oshkosh that
the proper Authority officials are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
Developer Agreement with MK-1 LLC and MK-2 LLC (Burns Development) for
construction of multi-family townhouse buildings and the renovation of an existing 4-
story building on the former Miles Kimball property fronting on S. Main Street, Nebraska
Street, W. 8th Avenue and W. 9th Avenue, within the South Shore Redevelopment
Project Area, with substantially the same terms as attached hereto, and to carry out all
actions necessary to implement the Redevelopment Authority's obligations under the
Developer Agreement.
