PURPOSE: PARKING COMMISSION COORDINATOR
INITIATED BY: PARKING UTILITY
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTIONS 2-
50(A) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO THE PARKING
UTILITY COMMISSION, MEMBERSHIP AND TERMS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-50(A) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
Parking Utility Commission membership and terms is hereby amended as follows:
Delete Therefrom: (A) Membership and Terms.
The Commission shall consist of five (5) citizen
members, the City Manager, and the City Director of
Finance. The City Manager or designee shall serve as
the Commission Coordinator and Secretary; the City
Manager and Finance Director shall not have voting
privileges. The membership shall be comprised of four
(4) citizen members and one council member. Citizen
members shall serve for a term of 3 years and the
council member shall serve for a term of one (1) year.
Add Thereto: (A) Membership and Terms.
The Commission shall consist of five (5) members, one
of whom shall be a city council member. The
Transportation Director or designee shall serve as the
Commission Coordinator and shall not have voting
privileges. Citizen members shall serve for a term of 3
years and the council member shall serve for a term of
one (1) year.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, publication, and placement of the appropriate signage.
