General plans for the above project hews been stamged "Approved ~-
Ses Correspondence" and two or more copies of approved plans are tieing
returned to you under separate cover.
Ind 54•Gl - it appears you are succeeding the floor area 1lmitations for
this type of occupancy due to the fact that the contents ar• not of
incombustible substance. Also the roof of this project is not constructed
of incoc~bustible material, therefore, basing it on this section an ordinary
constructed building o,~e story in height with some of the present buildings
exceeding one story, you are limited to the floor area as indicated by this
section Znd 54.01. The reason for mentioning this is due to the fact that
we do not have any information regarding the present buildings as to whether
they have this fire wall separation or not. Of course, if the existing
buildings do have fire walls separation as explained by this section then
naturally you are in compliance with the code.
Ind 22. U3 - this approval is based on the assumption that the existing
buildings have adequate toilet facilities to substantiate the increase
in employarent that may bs encountered due to this enlargement.
This approval does not include heating anti ventilation for the above
project.
