A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE REGARDING OFF -STREET PARKING AND LOADING FACILITIES
REGULATIONS
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30 -36 Off -Street Parking and Loading Facilities is
hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows, on file at the City Clerk's Office.

(A) General Provisions
(B) Driveway Regulations & Design Requirements
(C) Parking Space Design-Single & Two-Family Uses
(D) Single & Two-Family Dwelling Parking Standards For Substandard Lots
(E) Parking Area Design & Maintenance / Multi-Family, Commercial and
Industrial Uses
(F) Off-Street Parking Requirements
(G) Off-Street Loading Facilities
(H) Drive-Through Stacking Lanes
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication.
