I am writing this letter as a follow up to a Correction Notice that was issued on 3/7/05
and re-issued 4/19/05 for your property located at 733 Wright St. in Oshkosh. I have
enclosed an updated copy for. your review. Our records indicate that the notice is still
open. A re-inspection is required to verify compliance before the notice can be closed
out. Please contact me on or before January 19, 2007 with your schedule for the required
repairs or to schedule the necessary re-inspection.
