HomeMy WebLinkAbout08-18JANUARY 22, 2008 08 -18 RESOLUTION (CARRIED LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN PURPOSE: GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT; AMEND PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS: (A) 310 - 314 NORTH KOELLER STREET (B) MARION ROAD, "THE WATERFRONT" PROJECT INITIATED BY: (A) BROS LLC, OWNER (B) AKCESS ACQUISITION GROUP, PETITIONER PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: All approved with conditions REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY RECOMMENDATION ON ITEM (B): Approved BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that conditional use permits are hereby granted for the following properties under Section 30 -11 of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance, and that said permits are granted with conditions, if any, as noted for each respective property, and the development plans, per the attached exhibits, are hereby approved. A) 310 -314 N. Koeller Sreet; BROS LLC, owner A conditional use permit amending a previously approved planned development, to allow placement of a ground sign, per the attached "Exhibit A ", with the condition that a base standard modification is approved to allow the proposed ground sign to be placed with a 15 ft. south property line side yard setback. B) Marion Road, "The Waterfront" Project; Akcess Acquisition Group, petitioner A conditional use permit amending a previously approved planned development to modify the proposed hotel and restaurant footprint and elevations for a "Cambria Suites ", and reconfiguration of and number of stalls in the surface parking lot, per the attached "Exhibit B ", with the following conditions: 1) Approval of a landscape plan to include a combination of vegetation and masonry fence elements throughout the subject area with emphasis along external parking lot perimeters and the drive -thru facilities. 2) Include pedestrian connections to the adjacent Marion Road and Jackson Street right-of-ways.
