RE: Exit door changes at Stein Garden Center
Landmark Ptaza, Oshkosh, WI
Dear Allyn:
At your request and per your recent inspection at the above referenced project, we have been asked
by Stein Garden Center to review the exit distances as they have been altered. The enclosed drawing
of the Stein Garden Center space shows the triangulation of exit distances based on a sprinklered
building resulting in a 200 ft. exit distance.
As can be seen by the enclosed drawing, the exit distance has not been jeopardized by the movement
of the exit doors and appears to meet the code.
We trust this information can be filed for future reference. If you have any questions about our findings,
please let me know.
erely,
