All exterior surfaces thereof be kept painted r covered with exterior siding for purposes of preservation and appearance. The damaged siding and wood areas shall be repaired. OSB is of rated as a permanent exterior material ahd shall be removed or painted at the very least. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as pecified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s) to schedule a re-inspection of the property. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the ownerlcontractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 12/30/2007 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1:30 p.m. or by appointment.
