ource of the electric power in a safe manner. The tenant is complaining that the there are problems with the light fixture in the living room.
12/14/2007 He stated that the light is diming out and then getting very bright at which point the light bulb burns out. The fixture may need to be replaced.
Check on the max watage bulb for the fixture.

~n he tenant had complained that the heat sources were not adequate in the dwelling unit. Readings that were taken during the inspection
ranged from 72 to 80 degrees F. These readings meet the Minimum Housing Code requirement of maintaining at least 67 degrees F. Mr
i7 Burns indicated that he has been supplementing the heat in the apartment by using the stove and I informed him that he should stop that
ctivity immediately as it is a safety concern.
It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
pecified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s) to schedule a re-inspection of the property.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractorlagent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 1/13/2008
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1:30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what needs to be inspected. ,
