the December 20`" letter from Mr. Schultz, under item number 5 he states this is an existing condition.
The existing condition was the existence of 2 clothes dryers for which there was an exception. By

are required to be provided at the time of inspection.
Reminders:
• All interior bearing partitions in the building are 2 hour fire resistive construction per the original
building construction
• Shower modules do not provide fire rating -any fire separation is required to be in place prior to
installation of shower modules, and penetrations for plumbing to shower modules in rated walls
require a fire stop system.
• The floors in this building are rated floors, the hole sites being specified in the shower installation
instructions may not be able to be fire stopped. Prior to making holes for shower drains provide a
copy of the fire stop system that will be used for these penetrations.

water for both the ambient temperature and elevated temperature tests. Louvers shall be prohibited: The
door schedule provided does not show the required air leakage rate for doors in corridor walls.
