Brian,
Attached is the plan of the other project that I discussed with you last week. We are removing 10 cubes and replacing with 5 new
enclosed offices. The new walls will extend to the bottom of the existing ceiling grid and be constructed with steel studs and
prefinished drywall panels on each side. We also will be redoing the 2 toilet rooms indicated for ADA accessibility.
Please review this plan and let me know if you want to do a full plan review or if you will just issue a permit based on this drawing.
The hvac will be reworked as required for the office changes and can be submitted to you for review when hvac design is complete if
you wish.
Please let me know which way I need to proceed.
