Petri, designer Building plans have been reviewed by this office for compliance with imnortant code requirements. The drawings are stamped "Construction may proceed". All items that are required to be ch2nged by this letter must be corrected before commencing that part of the work. This approval is not a Building Permit. Necessary city permits must be secured before commencing work. You are hereby advised that the owner, as defined in Chapter 101.01 (i) of the Wisconsin State Statutes, is responsible for all code requirements not specifically cited herein. Code requirements are set forth in Chapters 50 thru 64 of the rules of, the Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations. The buildin~ will be insnected durin~ construction and a final inspe~tion will be-made after completion to insure complete compliance with City and State Codes. The architect, professional ffi~ineer, builder or owner shall keep at the buildingt'as evidence of approval, one set of plans bearing the stamp of approval. Ind. 64.02 This approval does not include heating and ventilating. Such plans are required to be submitted and approved prior to installation 01 such equipment. Ind. 54.14 Any furnaces, boilers, hot waterheaters, and other similar hazards shall be isolated from the rest'of the building by at least a one-hour fire-resistive enclosure. i; Y j ;:.. L : .. A platform at least 5 feet in len~th shall be provided at the accessable door. The thr~shold shall not extend more than 5/8 inch above the finished floor and the exterior platform. A parking plan should be provided showing how off- street parkin~ requirpments of section 30-20 of the zoning ordiaDce of the City of Oshkosh are complied with.
