rating of20minutes. All drywall joints are required'to be taped/sealed unless the
joints are fitted so that the gap is no more than a dimes thickness ( 1I20-inch) and

All penetrations in exterior walls must be sealed prior to the insulation inspection. This
includes holes in the top and bottom plates, slits and holes in electrical boxes, gaps
aroUnd heating ducts, and holes in the return air spaces. '

The property owner and applicant is responsible for cdmpliance with COMM 21.125
(Erosion Control). When installing access drives, a minimum of2,j-3"diameter stone is
required in addition to a minimum of 6" depth, 30'-50' length, and 14'-20' width, Erosion
control measures must be maintained until the lawn is established.

(i.e, sediment) must be removed from the street at the end of each workday. Repair any
siltation or erosion damage to adjoining surfaces and dfainageways resulting from land

on the inspection the mechanica1s are not roughed in, the inspection will fail and a $100
