Dear Sir:
This letter is in response to your request for a Temporary
Occupancy Permit for the new building being constructed at
2290 Harrison street. We attempted to make an inspection on
April 11, 1974 and the building Was not open, therefore, a com-
plete inspection could not be made. .However various discrepanies
in code requirements are noted:
1. The address assigned to this building is 2290 Harrison
Street and not 2300 Harrison' Street as posted on the
bUilding.
2. Our notice of October 26, 1973 requested that you present
this office with a revised floor plan of the bUilding.
It is our understanding that you are responsible for the
partttioning of this building.
3. Our notice dated October 26, 1973 requested that a proper
ramp or platform be provided at the required exit doors.
This has not been done yet.
4. Our notice of October 26, 1973 advised you that the building
shall not be occupied until ~ Certificate of Occupancy has
been issued. It is noted that the building is being used
in violation of this requirement.

Our records still do not indicate that the sewer between
the building known as 2300 Harrison Street and your new
building has been disconnected.
Occupancy of this building must be discontinued until such
time as an Occupancy Permit can be issued. Any further violations
of these requirements will be referre~ to the City Attorney for
appropriate action. We were unable to inspect the interior of the
building but noted on our October 18,1973 inspection that work
was in progress on partitioning the front portion of this building.
That work should be inspected before close up.

Please see that the above items. Nos. 1, 2, 3, & 5 are
corrected no later than April 26, 1974. We trust that when
these items are corrected and an inspection can be made of the
interior work, that an Occupancy Permit can be issued as soon
as the parking area is regraveled.
