1. 16-35 (d) The rear kitchen door glass pane has been broken out and
shall be replaced.
2. 18-79.1A The rear porch on the dwelling is in a deteriorated condi-
tion with decay to the roof, walls etc. This portion of
the porch shall be replaced.
3. 16-34 (3) The front bedroom closet wiring has been installed impro-
perly and shall be reinstalled by a licensed contractor.
The light fixture over the space heater shall also be in-
stalled -properly by a contractor..J\. three-way light system
shall be installed in the front stairwell.
4. 16-33 (6) The front exterior step does not meet the required riser
height.
5. 16-35 -(8) The gas stove is inoperative and shall be cleaned and made
to function properly.
6. 16-34 (1) The glass plates' on the space heater shall be replaced
where necessary.
7. 16-35 (1) The front entry door shall be equipped with a door knob
and secure type lock.

10. 16-35 (d). The broken kitchen window shall be repaired.
11. 16-35 (1) The front exterior door jamb shall be made secure to the
surrounding walls.
12. 16-35 (1) The front exterior door is split by the locking bolt and
shall be replaced for security reasons.
