The light fixture over the space heater shall also be in- stalled -properly by a contractor..J\. three-way light system shall be installed in the front stairwell. 4. 16-33 (6) The front exterior step does not meet the required riser height. 5. 16-35 -(8) The gas stove is inoperative and shall be cleaned and made to function properly. 6. 16-34 (1) The glass plates' on the space heater shall be replaced where necessary. 7. 16-35 (1) The front entry door shall be equipped with a door knob and secure type lock.
