1. 16-33 (6) Handrails are required on the steps from the front door
down to the side door and also on the basem~nt steps.
2. 16-33 (7) The smoke detector in 1005 is nonfunctional. The battery
is present but the detector won't test properly.
3. 16-33 (7) A smoke detector is required in the basement.
4. EC230-72 All tenants shall have immediate access to the service
panel. The basement door shall be. unlocked so the tenant
can gain access or the service panel for the second floor

type and shall be replaced by a licensed plumber.
