NUMBER AND LOCATION OF EXITS - There shall be at least

Two new water heaters have been installed without permi,.,

greater.
The venting on the newer water heater has a downwar4 -l
to the chimney.
A handrail is required on the basement stkirs.
There is no smoke detector in the basement and all other',
checked were nonfunctional.
The exterior basement steps are !:ally deteriorated eg=
missing a handrail.
Curved stairways used as required exits shall meet all rr
quirements for stairways.
DEFICIENCIES MUST BE CORRECTED AND APPROVED BEFORE
