Kevin Benner, Brian Noe, and Douglas Thurber were present during the inspection. The following is a list of violations needing correction from Excellence Electric. 1. Inspect all disconnects and correct grounding. Found three instances of two ground wires one a single lug on the paint booth. 2. Inspect all 30 amp outlets and correct grounding. Found 12 gauge ground on 30 amp outlets in the pipeshop. 10 gauge wire required here. 3. Ground building with new GE service to the main plant. 4. Clarify with Kevin his expectations on conductor identification and remedy. Cordially, Douglas Thurber 1 Benner.
