This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. All junk/debris by the buildings and in he parking lot needs to be cleaned up and disposed of. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10/4/2007 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
