Plan approval for the referenced project is withheld pending receipt of
additional information and/or revised plans. If the additional information
and/or plans are not received prior to January 15, 1985, plans will be stamped
"Not Approved" and returned. Approval is withheld because of the following
cod e violations.
ILHR 50.12(4)(a) Submit calculations showing how wind load on frame structure
at top of masonry wall is transformed to foundation.'
ILER 53.322(3) Lateral support is required at top of masonry wall. Submit
information how this is provided.
ILER 53.322(4) Masonry in north wall has more than 60% openings. Design
calculations are required.
ILHR 53.323(2) Calculations and other data shall be submitted when masonry
does not comply with emperical design.
ILHR 51.02(19) Attics of combustible construction shall be divided into areas
not greater than 3,200 square feet by fire-stopping as specified in s. ILHR
53.63(1 )(d).
ILHR 51.015(18) Access openings shall be provided in attic compartments.
