Item # 3 Description Code 16-37A(3) Compliance No Compliance Date 12/07/2007 Owners or agents shall notify the tenants and insure that garbage shall be properly stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling arthest away from any public street or sidewalk. Garbage shall not be placed out for pickup earlier than 4:00 p.m. the day before garbage pickup. Garbage is to be set out for pickup at least once a week. Empty containers are to be returned back to the storage area. 11/30/2007 Last Updated Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified and return the signed confirmation. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 12/7/2007 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment.
