RE: Proposed parking for Landmark Plaza/Sears Building and future retail expansion
Dear Allyn and Bruce:
Enclosed for your review are four copies of the site plan for the above referenced project. Per our
conversations, we have re-calculated the parking schedule which is attached to this site plan. This
parking information is predicated on the facts and figures that we know to date including one stall per
five seats at the Marcus Theater complex.
Please be aware that the developer of this property will be re-configuring the parking lot in 1994, which
will include re-striping, etc. At that time, the developer will be re-counting required stalls and total
square footage on site, and any cross-over agreements with Marcus Theaters and consideration for time
periods of usage of the lot.
We will accomplish this revised site plan as soon as all parameters of the site are known.
If you have any questions about this site plan as submitted at this time, we would be pleased to assist.
