Per our conversations, we have re-calculated the parking schedule which is attached to this site plan. This parking information is predicated on the facts and figures that we know to date including one stall per five seats at the Marcus Theater complex. Please be aware that the developer of this property will be re-configuring the parking lot in 1994, which will include re-striping, etc. At that time, the developer will be re-counting required stalls and total square footage on site, and any cross-over agreements with Marcus Theaters and consideration for time periods of usage of the lot.
