On all residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, and eyesore shall be removed
or properly stored. This includes the proper storage of garbage and debris. Unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles including
boats are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises or stored inside out of public view.
Summary
It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance of these orders on or before the compliance dates (state
~tatute). Failure to confirm compliance (236-5137) will result in citations being issued and court action pursued.
DEFICIENCIES MUST BE CORRECTED AND APPROVED BEFORE CONCEALMENT. CALL (920) 236-5050 FOR INSPECTION.
