ProblemNiolation: 7-8 Construction of a shed addition without the required Building Permit.
Brief history review:
9-29-04 Correction Notice was sent advising of requirement to obtain a Building Permit for shed
constructed without said permit.
Fall- Mr. Hurkman came to office to inquire of zoning and building code requirements. Matt
Tucker and I spent time with Mr. Hurkman explaining the various code requirements. Mr.
Hurkman advises me he will assess the information and get back to me.
1-13-05 Correction Notice is sent again, advising Mr. Hurkman to comply.
1-27-05 Mr. Hurkman came to the office. The code issues were discussed again by/with Matt
Tucker and Brian Noe. At conclusion, Brian Noe advised Mr. Hurkman we need a
decision within 2 weeks.
5-24-05 As of this date, Mr. Hurkman has not been in contact with this office nor has he
removed the shed structure.
A 5 day citation request is requested/suggested.

norwould it appear to meet the required setbacks to the property lines. As an addition to a commercial building, plans would

ProblemNiolation: 7-8 Construction of a shed addition without the required Building Permit.
Brief history review:
9-29-04 Correction Notice was sent advising of requirement to obtain a Building Permit for shed
constructed without said permit.
Fall - Mr. Hurkman came to office to inquire of zoning and building code requirements. Matt
Tucker and I spent time with Mr. Hurkman explaining the various code requirements. Mr.
Hurkman advises me he will assess the information and get back to me.
1-13-05 Correction Notice is sent again, advising Mr. Hurkman to comply.
1-27 -05 Mr. Hurkman came to the office. The code issues were discussed again by/with Matt
Tucker and Brian Noe. At conclusion, Brian Noe advised Mr. Hurkman we need a
decision within 2 weeks.
5-24-05 As of this date, Mr. Hurkman has not been in contact with this office nor has he
removed the shed structure.
A 5 day citation request is requested/suggested.
