When I turned in the original building permit and paid for it, I did not realize there was a power and telephone line running diagonal across the lot. The original purpose of this lot was a road right away into Westleigh farms. So after paying for the permit and the excavating company goes to stake it out, they realize the line is in the way. From there we called the power and telephone companies to move the lines. After 8 months, the lines were finally moved and we could proceed with the house~ only to find out after they moved the lines they made a utility eaSement on the property. So the house we original were going to put there is now in the easement. Therefore, we had to put in a new permit for a home that would fit on the lot. Now we are asking for the original permit fee back of $823.00. We have proceeded with the new home plan now and construction is under way. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter. John Z did the plan review and called Tim Rusch to state that the plan was ready to be picked up. Sandra called Tim Rusch to inform him that he needed to obtain the permit or it was going to be voided. He was also informed that he'd have to pay the plan review fee.
