In light of the circumstances involved with this project, your request for refund of the Permit Fees has
been approved. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the refund as this must be processed through the City
Council.
Please be advised we cannot refund all oHile fees assessed with this permit as some relate to services
provided with this permit and to the expense of the State UDC Seal. We are refunding the following:
1. $478 Building Permit Fee
2. $200 Parkland Dedication Fee (which did not apply to this lot as it is not located within a City of
Oshkosh subdivision that is subject to such fees.)
The total refund is $678.

Dear Alan:
I am writing to you in regards to the building permit at 2875
Homestead Drive in Oshkosh. When I turned in the original building permit
and paid for it, I did not realize there was a power and telephone line
running diagonal across the lot. The original purpose of this lot was a road
right away into Westleigh farms. So after paying for the permit and the
excavating company goes to stake it out, they realize the line is in the way.
From there we called the power and telephone companies to move the lines.
After 8 months, the lines were finally moved and we could proceed with the
house~ only to find out after they moved the lines they made a utility
eaSement on the property. So the house we original were going to put there
is now in the easement. Therefore, we had to put in a new permit for a home
that would fit on the lot. Now we are asking for the original permit fee back
of $823.00. We have proceeded with the new home plan now and
construction is under way. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in
this matter.

John Z did the plan review and called Tim Rusch to state that the
plan was ready to be picked up.
Sandra called Tim Rusch to inform him that he needed to obtain
the permit or it was going to be voided. He was also informed that
he'd have to pay the plan review fee.
Tim came in and paid for the building permit.

I am writing in you regards to the building permit at 2875 Homestead Drive
in Oshkosh. When I turned in the original building permit and paid for it, I
did not realize until we were ready to dig the basement that there is an utility
easement on the lot. Therefore we were unable to build the original home
there. We are requesting a refund of our original building permit of
$823.00. We have since taken out a new building permit and started
building on that lot. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this
matter.
