November 25, 2007 Mr. John Fitzpatrick Oshkosh Common Council c/o City Of Oshkosh Dear Mr. Fitzpatrick and Honorable Council Members! On behalf of the Winnebago Peace and Justice Center! I am writing a request of street closure for our annual Martin Luther King Jr. march that has historically taken place on Algoma Boulevard, from Main Street to the Reeve Memorial Union on the UW-Oshkosh campus. We believe this route is the most suitable route for the event. We expect that one half hour of time should be allotted to the street closure beginning at 4:20 P.M. and ending at 4:50 P.M on January 21,2007. We hope that this request will be granted outright and quickly. If you have any questions! I may be reached at 920-312-0529 or carpepax@riseup.net. With peace, Bob Poeschl Winnebago Peace and Justice Center 321 Market Street Oshkosh, WI 54901 11/26/2007
