Brief history review: 9/21/99 A building permit was obtained for replacing 8 windows, installing vinyl siding, and installing new soffit and fascia. 6/4/04 A building permit was obtained for finishing the installation of siding on the house. 11/13/06 A correction notice was sent to the owner due to a neighbor complaint about the siding, soffit, and fascia that was missing since 2000. 12/8/06 A building permit was renewed for completing the remainder of the siding, soffit and fascia on the east side of the house. An extension was granted until 6/1/07 so the owner would have time to get the service power underground. 7/30/07 An inspection was conducted and the siding, soffit, and fascia have not been completed.
