Inspection did not include testing the Studor air admittance valve. The device had already been installed at the time of the final.. The local waste receptor for
he water heater T&P relief valve had to be cleared of obstruction at therestroom baseboard level. Plastic baseboard had been installed over the opening of
he local waste pipe. Plumber informed.
