FW: A & W Sidewalk Easement Hello Jeff, Planning has looked over the "Alternates and Exclusions" document sent (from items 33 - 54). As discussed on the telephone, Planning feels that minor changes will not require re-review and approval of the plan Commission and Common Council and therefore addresses items of the letter as follows: Number 36: wood fence must remain part of the project. Number 43: O.k. with the shift from curb and gutter to wheel stops - curb and gutter must remain on right-of-way side of site. Number 47: O.k. with the elimination of the single head light pole at main entry. It appears that all other items listed in the "Alternates and Exclusions" document sent (from items 33 - 54) are related to engineering and/or inspection services division. I am copying James Rabe - Department of Public Works, Todd Muehrer- Zoning Administration and Allyn Dannhoff - Inspection Services this e-mail. Subject: A & W Sidewalk Easement Hello Steve and Kurt, Todd and I received a legal description for the sidewalk easement at the proposed/new A & W site at 2187 W. 9th Ave. It is labeled as "Exhibit B", but exhibit to what I am unsure. I understand that Todd forwarded one to James, but was wondering if you received one as part of a larger submittal? I am also unsure of the next step with this. Do I request that they record the easement or do we do it? David L. David I have requested the revision to the easement and we should receive within a couple of days. As discussed, here is a list of alternates that the GC offered to reduce the site costs for this project. We previously showed 2 light poles at the exit of the drive thru and we have omitted the single head pole. See attached photometric for review. We have also copied James Rabe of engineering on this review. Please provide comments on the listed items so that we can direct our contractor on which items we will accept. The difference being utilities can then occupy the space under the sidewalk without obtaining a separate easement.
