You are hereby notified that a N0052: si tuated on the

Winnebago County, Wisconsin which premises are owned by you, and
is known as 513 I-!{(;. H A vi: . , has become damaged to
such an extent as to be dangerous, unsafe and unsanitary and
otherwise unfit for human habitation, occupancy or use, and is
in danger of structural collapse, and therefore, you are hereby
ordered to raze and remove said building within sixty (60) days
from the date of service of this order upon you.
You are further notified that this o~der is served upon you,
pursuant to the terms and provisions of Section 66.05 subsections
(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), and (8) of the Wisconsin Statutes and in
such case made and provided, and if you shall fail or refuse to
comply within ,the time prescribed in this notice, said building
shall be razed and;' removed by the Ci ty of Oshl~osh and the cost of
such razing and removal shall be charged against you.
