DATED: 70/24/89 FINAL NOTICE .' ,,~ a-.'.::~::...z- SEPTEMBER 15, 1988 #277 RESOLUTION (CARRIED LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ROBERT ROTHENBACH INITIATED BY: ROBERT ROTHENBACH PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved 6-2 wll abstention w/conditions BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the city of Oshkosh that a Conditional Use Permit, as requested by Robert Rothenbach, is hereby granted; said Permit allowing a junk yard under Section 30-12 of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance, and described as. follows: SW 1/4 of SE 1/4, Section 12, T18N, R16E, S 174.75 ft. lying E of Harrison st. and W of Soo Line RR and N of Murdock st., 15th Ward, city of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin. (Commonly known as 1800 Harrison Street) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Permit is granted contingent upon the following: 1) That a 5 ft. setback for all vehicles and equipment around the entire property be utilized for fencing and landscaping. A 6 ft. fence shall be provided for screening, with said fence being similar to or comparable to that which exists at the Mercury Marine plant site at the SE corner of Marion Rd. and Wisconsin st., and that fencing be installed within 8 months. 2) That a 10 ft. vision clearance triangle be kept clear of all vehicles, equipment, fencing and planting, and maintained at the intersection of Harrison st. and Murdock Ave. 3) That no stacking of automobiles be permitted. 4) The junk yard is limited to storage of automobiles in transit.and associated equipment and parts. .
