(it was noted that the furnace in the 1st floor tenant space was required to be turned up high to heat the 2nd floor apartment) Last Updated Summary o avoid any further inconvenience, please correct the above noted violations immediately. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 12/29/2007 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment.
