HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning Violations " January 7, 1981 TO: PAUL EHRFURTH Principal Planner FROM: JAHES DAT~U1.AN Assistant Building Inspector SUBJECT: Inspection Report I inspected the properties at 1800 & 1826 Harrison Street on January 6, 1981, for possible violations of the Zoning Ordinance relating to the storage of Junked, wrecked or dismantled vehicles. These properties are in the M-3 Zoning District and are owned separately by Donald Basler (1826 Harrison Street) and by Robert Rothenbach (1800 Harrison Street). I found three (3) cars at this location, two of them clearly wrecked or dismantled: 1. 'Hustan'g, blue, nO license plates, major rear end collision damage, not operlilble. This vehicle appears to straddle the property line between 1800 & 1826 Harrison Street. 2. Plymouth convertible, blue, fenders missing, doors inoperable, interior wrecked apd partially burned, body badly rusted, ve- hicle not operable. This vehicle appears to be on the property of 1800 Harrison Street. 3. Chevrolet, red, nO license plates, no apparent damage. This ve- hicle appears to be located on the property of 1800 Harrison Street.
