SUBJECT: Inspection Report
I inspected the properties at 1800 & 1826 Harrison Street on January 6, 1981, for
possible violations of the Zoning Ordinance relating to the storage of Junked,
wrecked or dismantled vehicles.
These properties are in the M-3 Zoning District and are owned separately by Donald
Basler (1826 Harrison Street) and by Robert Rothenbach (1800 Harrison Street).
I found three (3) cars at this location, two of them clearly wrecked or dismantled:
1. 'Hustan'g, blue, nO license plates, major rear end collision
damage, not operlilble. This vehicle appears to straddle the
property line between 1800 & 1826 Harrison Street.
2. Plymouth convertible, blue, fenders missing, doors inoperable,
interior wrecked apd partially burned, body badly rusted, ve-
hicle not operable. This vehicle appears to be on the property
of 1800 Harrison Street.
3. Chevrolet, red, nO license plates, no apparent damage. This ve-
hicle appears to be located on the property of 1800 Harrison
Street.
