A Beauty Shop is an allowed use in the M-3 Heavy Indu~trial District. " However, before a Beauty Shop can be constructed or an existing building altered for Beauty Shop use, compliance with all Zoning and Building regulations must be obtained. Those regulations include,-parking setbacks, structural, health and safety regulations. Plans will be required showing how these regulations will be met.
