Dear Mr. Clabots:
This letter is to confirm that the property
at 1551 Harrison Street, Oshkosh, is zoned M-3
Heavy Industrial District. A Beauty Shop is an
allowed use in the M-3 Heavy Indu~trial District.

However, before a Beauty Shop can be constructed
or an existing building altered for Beauty Shop use,
compliance with all Zoning and Building regulations
must be obtained. Those regulations include,-parking
setbacks, structural, health and safety regulations.
Plans will be required showing how these regulations
will be met. If you have any questions regarding
