PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES
March 5, 1996
Commissioners Present: David Borsuk, Andrew DeWitt, Steven Gehling, Edythe Horn, Kenneth
Krohn, Don Pressley, John Ruppenthal, Thomas Sitter, John Stenz.
Excused: James Smith.
Staff: Bruce A. Roskom, Principal Planner; Jackson R. Kinney, Director of Community Development;
Patricia Wendorf, Recording Secretary.
Chairman Ruppenthal called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. Roll call was taken and a quorum
declared present.
The minutes of February 20, 1996, were approved as distributed.
I: 20TH AVENUE ANNEXATION - Robert and Geraldine Krelwitz, owners/petitioners
Robert and Geraldine Krelwitz, owners/petitioners, request the Plan Commission review and approve the
20th Avenue Annexation for property commonly known as 1635 West 20th Avenue. Temporary and
permanent zoning of C-2 Light Commercial has been requested.
THERE WAS NO DISCUSSION ON THIS ITEM BY pLAN COMMISSION MEMBERS OR
CONCERNED CITIZENS.
(Mr. Sitter arrived at this time making an 8-member Commission)
Motion by Stenz for approval of the 20th Avenqe Annexation with temporary and
permanent zoning of C-2 Light Commercial as requested. Seconded by Borsuk. Motion
carried 7-0 with 1 present (Sitter).
II: REZO~nNGI1539H.A.R:RISON STREET -Janice J. Coe, owner/petitioner
Janice J. Coe, owner/petitioner, requests the Plan Commission ~eview and approve a rezoning from M-3
Heavy Industrial to R-2 Two Family Residence for property commonly known as 1539 Harrison Street.
