CLEAN, AND COMPLIES WITH ALL PROVISIONS OF THE MINIMUM
HOUSING CODE AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE.
THE PREMISES IS STREWN WITH AUTO PARTS INCLUDING AN ENGINE) AUTO HOOD
AND NUMEROUS TIRES. ALL AUTO PARTS) ETC. SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE

THE LAWN SOUTH OF THE DWELLING IS BADLY RUTTED FROM VEHICLES BEING PARK-
ED ON THE GRASS. THE RUTS SHALL BE FILLED AND SEEDED WITH GRASS.
THE ROOFING ON THE DWELLING IS IN VERY POOR CONDITION WITH BROKEN AND
MISSING SHINGLES. THE ROOFING SHALL BE REMOVED TO THE SHEETING AND
PROPERLY REPLACED. PERMIT REQUIRED.
THE FRONT EXTERIOR STEPS ARE IN POOR CONDITION AND NOT BUILT TO CODE.
THE FRO"'- STEPS SHALL BE REBUILT TO CODE TO INCLUDE ANY REQUIRED PLAT-
FORM) GUARDRAILS AND HANDRAILS. PERMIT REQUIRED.
THE SOUTH PORCH AND STEPS ARE IN POOR CONDITION AND SHALL BE REPLACED TO
CODE TO INCLUDE GUARDRAILS) HANDRAILS. PERMIT REQUIRED.
EXTERIOR LIGHTING SHALL BE INSTALLED TO ILLUMINATE THE FRONT AND SOUTH
ENTRY STEPS. PERMIT REQUIRED.
ALL WINDOWS IN THE DWELLING APPEAR TO BE IN POOR CONDITION MAKING IT NEC-
ESSARY TO INSTALL PLASTIC OVER THE WINDO\^lS. ALL ~~INDOWS SHA BE REPLACI
