ProblemNiolation: of 16-33A (6), failure to install Code compliant handrails on front porch,
basement steps and stairs to second floor living; 16-33A (9)a, failure to install solid core doors
and deadbolt locking devices on living unit doors; 16-35A (7), failure to clear or have cleared all
debris and junk from the common basement not belonging to current tenants.
Brief history review: Inspection made by Allyn Dannhoff December 12, 1995. Orders were
issued by Housing Inspector for Building Inspector. Reinspections revealed no compliance. A
Final Notice was issued January 12, 1996. There has been no contact from the owner. A
reinspection on March 27,1996 to assure compliance. Inspection revealed new door was being
put on lower unit but all violations noted above were still uncorrected.

FINAL NOTICE
Dear Mr Paisar:
A reinspection revealed that little has been done to correct the violations noted December 12,
1995 in your rental property at 1259 Harney Avenue.
The newer handrails which have been installed on the front steps have been built without
regard for Building Codes and will require reinstallation to Code compliant height. No handrails
have been installed on the rear interior steps or basement steps. The basement has not been
cleared of combustible material. Solid core doors and deadbolt locks have not been installed on
all of the living units and the broken pane in the front door has not been replaced..
No access was made into the second floor living unit. No electrician has contacted this office
that the work was done. There also has been no contact from you that a heat source was installed
in the second floor bathroom.
Therefore this is a FINAL Notice. A reinspection will be made on January 29,1996. Failure
to comply by this date will result in citations being issued for each uncorrected violation in the
amount of $141.50 per violation per day they exist after the January 29, 1996.

and good condition all communal, shared or public areas of the dwelling and
appurtenant premises. Yards shall be maintained by the owner according to the
provisions of Section 18-69A and 18-79.1B of the Oshkosh property Maintenance
Code.
