CORRECTED PER CONVERSATIONS WITH THE BUILDING INSPECTOR AFTER
A FINAL INSPECTION EXCEPT:

MINIMUM HOUSHKJ CODE- MR SULLIVAN INDICATES THAT
THE STEPS ARE CURRENTLY OK BUT WILL REQUIRE MAIN-
TENANCE ON A REGULAR BASIS TO. KEEP THEM FROM
DETERIORATING. SOME DETERIORATION IS EVIDENT
WHICH IF UN'1AINTAINED WILL LEAD TO ORDERS TO
REPLACE.
IF ANY OF THE ABOVEMENTIONED VIOLATIONS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED) CONTACT
THIS OFFICE SO THAT A FINAL INSPECTION CAN BE MADE. IF THE REQUIRED
SCREENS ARE BE I NG STORED AND PRESENTLY NOT I N USE) THEY SHOULD BE
MARKED .AS TO THEIR RESPECTIVE \~INDOWAND BE IN GOOD SERVICEBLE CON-
DITION. PLEASE CONTACT THIS OFFICE ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 9) 1991 AS
TO THE STATUS OF THE REMAINING VIOLATIONS.
