and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 6/21/2004 CITATIONS ISSUED
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
