Box 1130 Oshkosh, VVI 54903-1130 Attention: David Patek, P.E., Director of Public VVorks Re: Agreement for Planning Services-Amendment No.2 Sawyer Creek Regional Detention Basin Plan This is Amendment No. 2 to the referenced Agreement for Planning Services dated August 19,2005. Under Scope of Services: Item D. Hydraulic Modeling, ADD the following sentence: "Incorporate the recommended alternative Sawyer Creek outfall hydro graphs from the final Campbell Creek Stormwater Plan into the HEC-RAS model for Sawyer Creek." Item E. Alternatives Analysis, DELETE 1 through 7 and replace with the following: "1. Alternative I-One regional detention basin near the James Road/H\VY 91 intersection under existing conditions. A preliminary grading plan and outlet structure configuration for this detention basin will be provided based on existing 2- foot contours provided by OVVNER. 2. Alternative 2-0ne regional detention basin within the city limits under existing conditions. A preliminary grading plan and outlet structure configuration DDr this detention basin will be provided based on existing 2- foot contours provided by OWNER. 3. Alternative 3-0ne regional detention basin near the James Road/HWY 91 intersection coupled with a second regional detention basin just north of the southwest industrial park expansion and a third regional detention basin within the city limits under existing conditions. A preliminary grading plan and outlet structure configuration for these three detention basins will be provided based on existing 2- foot contours provided by OWNER. 4. This would include all delineations, determinations, variances, opinions, and permits."
