Dear Bruce, Ive received your FINAL notice, on rental property, 1252-1254
Harney. The Painter got hurt, and I need 45 days so that I peraonally may
put some soffit, & facia on property. Also Harry Salzer is part owner of this
property. All doors, wood and steel, with dead bolt~! so therefore item 5
should be eliminated. Which us leaves us to correct item 2, provided lam
granted 45 days, to take care of this matter, with H. Salzer and myself.
