The violations that are in question is as follows: #1 Gasketing between sections #2 Proper labeling for ampacities #3 Proper handhole size per NEC 410.15 #4 Grounding terminal provisions per NEC 410.15 #5 Installation instructions I have other installation concerns which I have taken up with the electrical contractor.
