Sign Violations

Greetings Allen;
Attached are some pics of a sign installation at our two Burger Kings in town.
The violations that are in question is as follows:
#1 Gasketing between sections
#2 Proper labeling for ampacities
#3 Proper handhole size per NEC 410.15
#4 Grounding terminal provisions per NEC 410.15
#5 Installation instructions
I have other installation concerns which I have taken up with the electrical contractor.

Box support, grounding of J-boxes & signage, conduit support, Liquidtight that is not approved for underground,
proper termination of liquidtight at the sign. Sign violations were emailed to Allen Denoo at Underwriters
laboratories.
