Dear Ed:
In accordance with your request, I am enclosing copy of the
survey map which shows how the lines were straightened out
between the, Salvation Army and our property by adding Area
B to Lots 5, 6, and 15 at the instance of the Salvation Army.
Prior to these transfers there was uncertainty as to where
the boundary line was between the Salvation Army and our office.
It is now established that it follows along the curb ~edge
of our property.

Dear S1r:
It is our understanding that there are c}~nges
in property lines for the properties known as 417
and 429 Algoma Blvd, and 438 High Avenue.
As you know, the general provisions of the zoning
ordinance require that no lot area shall be so reduced
that the yards and open spaces shall be swaller than
is required by ordinance nor shall the density ot
population be increased in any manner except in conform...
ity with the area regulations establish~d for the
district in which a building or premises is located.
Our particular concern in this case is that we
have no violations of yard requirements/creEtted by
recent exchanges of' property. Pleaseaubmlt.a plot
plan ShOWing the new lot l1nes and the location of
buildings in relation to these lot 11nes.
