CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
Occupancy Permit is hereby granted for the new 50 x 120 Carpet Store
located at 1700 W. South Park Avenue, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, as described
in Building Permit Application number(s) 32208.
This building is to be used only for retail and is in the
C-2 Light Commercial District.
LIMITATIONS:
Maximum Floor Loading: Slab on Grade
Maximum persons and/or living units: 25 Occupants
Condition: Landscaping shall be continually maintained in compliance
with the approved plan. Dead, dying or diseased plantings
shall be replaced.
A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to occupy, should
additional building(s) be erected, or should any buildings mentioned
above be altered or moved. The use of land, or buildings, shall not be
changed until a Certificate of Occupancy is issued for that occupancy.

RE: Landscaping Violations - Carpetland
Dear Allyn:
Confirming our telephone conversaton of December 1st, we provided
all trees and shrubbery through Lake Shore Landscaping, but the
owner of Carpetland/Mautz Paint told them to plant them in
different locations than what was indicated on the plan. They
also had me move the tree from the sign area which I had to do to
satisfy them to get the remainder of our money for the project.
