Box 1130 Oshkosh, WI 54902-1130 RE: Landscaping Violations - Carpetland Dear Allyn: Confirming our telephone conversaton of December 1st, we provided all trees and shrubbery through Lake Shore Landscaping, but the owner of Carpetland/Mautz Paint told them to plant them in different locations than what was indicated on the plan. They also had me move the tree from the sign area which I had to do to satisfy them to get the remainder of our money for the project. Should you have any questions, please give me a call. I am attention. is in response to your review letter dated December 2~ going to respond to those issues that require immediate Structural calculations were included in the original application sent to your office for the December 2, 1992 review. I have included with this letter a copy of those calculation. Please note that I have not included calculations for the mezzanine as it is no longer going to be part of this project. A 20" x 30" access is going to be provided for each of the three attic compartments and is so noted on the revised roof plan. Three attic compartments are going to be provided so as to not exceed 3~200 square feet and is so noted on the revised roof plan. Accessible toilet rooms have been designed for this project and are now shown on the revised floor plan. A electric water cooler has been added to the plan just outside of the toilet room. The client has because they do will now just be 12" o.c. to 16" removed for this directed me to remove the mezzanine from the not wish to add a stair. The joists over this used to support a ceiling and have been changed o.c. as shown in the section. The railings have t-eason. plan space from been I have included with this submittal 4 signed and sealed copies 01 the roof plan, the floor plan and the section sheet.
