A GFI ELECTRICAL WALL RECEPTACLE IS REQUrRED IN THE BATHROOM. PERMIT
REQUIRED.
IT APPEARS THAT THE ELECTR.ICAL SERVICE BRANCH. CIRCUITS FOR THE SECOND
FLOOR LIVING UNIT ARE INADEQUATE IN THAT THEEREJ.\.KER IS TRIPPED QUITE
OFTEN.. ADDITIONAL BRANCH CIRCUITS" RECEPTACLES AS NEEDED SHALL BE IN-
STALLED. PERMIT REQU rRED,
THE DOOR LOCKING HARD\~ARE SHALL BE REPAIRED AND THE KNOB REPLACED.
THE BATTERY IS MISSING FROMTHESt'l>KE DETECTOR WH1CH HAS BEEN IMPROPERLY
INSTALLED IN THE KITCHEN. ..THE TENANT . CLAIMS. HE mVED IN JUNE 1" 1992

THE ROOFING ON THE PORCH IS TN POOR CONDITION ALLOWING RAINWATER TO
INFILTRATE THE SOFFIT AND FASCIA CAUSING DAMAGE TO IT.
THE EXTERIOR OF THE DWELLING SHALL BE SCRAPED) PRIMED AND PAINTED.
THE GUARDRAILS ON THE PLATFORM AT THE TOP OF THE EXTERIOR STAIRS DO
NOT MEET CODE AND SHALL BE REPLACED TO CODE.
THE HANDRAILS ON THE STAIRS .(EXTERIOR) TO THE SECOND FLOOR DO NOT MEET
CODE AND SHALL BE REPLACED OR BROUGHT UP TO CODE.
THE. TREAD WIDTHS ON THE EXTERIOR STAIRS DO OOTMEET CODE AND SHALL BE

THE AUTO TIRES AND PARTS UNDER THE EXTERIOR STAIRS SHALL BE REMOVED
FROM THE PRe1ISES OT STORED INSIDE THE GARAGE.
THE BROKEN BA.SEMENT WINDOW UNDER THE STAIRS SHALL BE REPLACED.
ALL PERM ITS SHALL BE OBTA I NED ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 25) 1992 AND I NSPEC-
