Subject: bluedtke@ci.oshkosh.wi.us - Bayesian Filter detected spam - 1107 Harney
Good Morning Sir:
Here is an update regarding the impending inspection at 1107 Harney. Everything we discussed is either fixed or
in the process of being remedied. The very obvious correction still needed is the leveling of the front steps. After
speaking with Valley Precast (twice), Fox Valley Flatwork, and S&S Concrete, none of those companies
submitted an estimate. Finally, it looks like Mike from MW Construction will be willing to do the work. His crew is
going to try to raise the steps first, and if nothing else, maul them so I can replace them with wood.
Also, in a recent inspection of the property, I noticed a pane of glass that is cracking and needs to be replaced,
the backflow protector was removed from the faucet when the tenant stored their hose for the winter, and some
paint is peeling inside the windows. When we go in to replace the carpeting in one of the bedrooms later this
week, I'll ask Grabner Glass to replace the cracking pane, and we'll also paint all the windows throughout.
Would you please let me know if I missed anything? As I said when you and I met, the absolute last thing I want
is to make you upset with me for any reason.
Thank you,
Spencer Smith
