AN UNAPPROVED FLUSH VALVE HAS BEEf\! INSTALLED IN THE TOILET AND SHALL B REfv'OVED AND REPLACED BY A LI CENSED PLUMBER. THERE IS A CONTINUOUS LEAK IN THE BATHTUB FAUCET WHICH SHALL BE CORREC TED. THERE IS AN OPEN SEWER CONDITION IN THE BASEMENT CREATED BY THE LACK OF A TRAP ON THE BATHTUB WASTE SYSTEM. THE CARPETING IN THE DWELLING IS IN POOR CONDITION AND SHALL BE REPLAC! THE SOUTHWEST BEDROOM DOOR I S DAMAGED AND SHALL BE REPLACED, THE SECOND FLOOR IS BEING USED AS A HABITABLE ROOM (BEDROOM).
