THE DETERIORATED FRONT PORCH DECKING SHALL BE PROPERLY REPLACED AND PAI-

THERE IS A CONTINUOUS LEAK IN THE BATHTUB FAUCET WHICH SHALL BE CORREC

THERE IS AN OPEN SEWER CONDITION IN THE BASEMENT CREATED BY THE LACK
OF A TRAP ON THE BATHTUB WASTE SYSTEM. THE WASTE FOR THE TUB ALSO
IS LEAKING ALLOWING \1ATER TO ACCUMULATE ON THE FLOOR. \1ASTE UPHILL SLOI
THERE IS ANOTHER OPEN SEWER CONDITION WHERE THE KITCHEN SINK WASTE
